Claudia Miller is a lifelong Arcade resident who has served on the Bertrand Chaffee Hospital board of directors for more than six terms. She was appointed to the Bertrand Chaffee Hospital Foundation board of directors, and currently is treasurer. She has volunteered for the Arcade Fire Department and Rescue Squad for more than 30 years, and has worked as a school crossing guard for the Village of Arcade for more than 25 years. She was the executive secretary for the Arcade Area Chamber of Commerce. Claudia and her husband, David, have two children and four grandchildren, all of whom live in the Arcade area.

Dr. Davison is a board-certified surgeon who joined Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in 2016. He specializes in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries.
Rev. Stanley Handzlik
Retired Pastor, Assembly of God, Springville
Stanley Handzlik serves as the lead pastor at the Springville Assembly of God. With more than 34 years of ministry experience, Stan has served as a youth pastor, associate pastor and short-term mission team leader on European, South American and stateside missions trips. He has served as senior pastor at this church for 30 years, and is also serves the as the Regional Executive Presbyter for the New York District of the Assemblies of God. He and his wife, Dawn, live in Springville and are very involved in community activities. Stan also serves on the Bertrand Chaffee Hospital board of directors.

Joel Maul
Community Volunteer; Retired Springville Postmaster
Before and since his retirement as the Springville Postmaster, Joel Maul has been an active community volunteer, particularly with the Concord Historical Society and Mercantile, the Fiddler’s Green Country and Bluegrass Festival, and the 2013 committee to erect the Seth Thomas clock in the village of Springville. He was recognized as Scouter of the Year by the Boy Scouts of America Greater Niagara Frontier Council in 2014 for 60 years of service to the scouting community. Joel has been a resident of Springville for more than 60 years. Married to wife Jean for 50 years, they have four children and six grandchildren.

Kelly Campbell, Development and Community Relations Director
Kelly Campbell joined the Bertrand Chaffee Hospital Foundation staff in April 2019. She divides her time between handling the day-to-day operations of the foundation and working on community relations projects for Bertrand Chaffee Hospital and Jennie B. Richmond Nursing Home. As Development and Community Relations Director, she plans and manages projects related to fundraising, stewardship, special events and major gifts. Campbell has experience serving on non-profit boards and previously worked in the arts and cultural and human services fields in various development and fundraising roles.
