Claudia Miller, President

Claudia Miller is a lifelong Arcade resident who has served on the Bertrand Chaffee Hospital board of directors for more than six terms. She was appointed to the Bertrand Chaffee Hospital Foundation board of directors, and currently is treasurer. She has volunteered for the Arcade Fire Department and Rescue Squad for more than 30 years, and has worked as a school crossing guard for the Village of Arcade for more than 25 years. She was the executive secretary for the Arcade Area Chamber of Commerce. Claudia and her husband, David, have two children and four grandchildren, all of whom live in the Arcade area.

Rev. Stanley Handzlik, Vice President
Retired Pastor, Assembly of God, Springville

Stanley Handzlik served as the lead pastor at the Springville Assembly of God. With more than 34 years of ministry experience, Stan has served as a youth pastor, associate pastor and short-term mission team leader on European, South American and stateside missions trips. He has served as senior pastor at this church for 30 years, and is also serves the as the Regional Executive Presbyter for the New York District of the Assemblies of God. He and his wife, Dawn, live in Springville and are very involved in community activities. Stan also serves on the Bertrand Chaffee Hospital board of directors.

Judith White, Treasurer

Walmart of Springville, BCH Women’s Association

Judi White has lived in Springville for more than 25 years. As an active volunteer for the BCH Women’s Association, has been an integral part of that group’s events and activities. She lives in Springville with her family.

Dr. Davison is a board-certified surgeon who joined Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in 2016. He specializes in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries.
