Bertrand Chaffee Hospital’s Primary Care Centers treat patients of all ages, and is equipped to see pediatric patients, adult patients and geriatric patients. Our team of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants work with our nursing team and patient care service representatives to be a partner in the management and improvement of your health.

We established Primary Care in our hospital in October 2010 based on the need we saw in our community. We added a location in Arcade in February 2024. Under our care, you can be evaluated, monitored, diagnosed, treated and counseled for your symptoms, conditions or illnesses. As needed, we can refer you to other health professionals, specialists, and community health and social service agencies.

Consider us for your next physical, well child visit or women’s health exam. Our office can handle most routine health concerns related to acute illness, infection and injury.
