“As you may be aware, Dr. William Wnuk passed away this weekend. Given his unforeseen and unexpected loss, we as a community are all grieving. During this difficult time, we appreciate your patience and help. Please know that B C H Primary Care is here for you during this difficult time. If you are already seeing Melissa Fanton or Kenny Dabolt, they will continue to be your primary care provider. If you have been seeing Dr. William Wnuk or have an upcoming appointment with him, we will call you to reschedule with a different primary care provider of your choice and to assess any needs you may have.
