At Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, our medical laboratory professionals provide diagnostic insights to our customers. Our team dedicated to bringing you the best patient care.
Hours
Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - noon
Sunday, Holidays: Closed.
No appointments are necessary. Patients are served on a first-come, first-served basis and must register in the Patient Registration area near the lobby of the hospital.
We do offer pre-registration for routine tests that are done on a regular basis (ex. weekly). Please

Physician Requests
All physician requests, written or faxed, are accepted (local and non-local) provided it is less than 6 months old, legible, and the diagnosis is present. Phone requests are accepted from physician's offices if they are followed up within 48 hours with a written or faxed request.
Insurance
All Insurance plans are accepted with the exception of the Blues.
NOTE: Community Blue “STATS” or pre-operative testing is accepted.
