Bertrand Chaffee Hospital is proud to announce the opening of our brand new Primary Care Center! This practice opened on October 4, 2010 and is growing rapidly. Our dedicated staff is serving the community and providing patients with friendly and informative visits. The center is open 40 hours per week and we are currently accepting new patients from most major insurances! We are located on the third floor of Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, and look forward to continuing to serve the greater Springville area.

Dr. Amy Burke is a native of Syracuse where she received her Bachelors in Biology and Chemistry from LeMoyne College. She also holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Syracuse University. After graduating from the University at Buffalo Medical School in 2005 she completed her residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse in Family Medicine. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Burke has practiced as a Hospitalist and primary care physician. She works with patients of all ages including infants, children and the elderly. She is also currently attending the University at Buffalo for her MBA.

Dr. Lisette D’Eon is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Cornell University as well as a Masters in Natural Sciences and Doctorate of Medicine from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has held several positions in her medical career including an internal medicine hospitalist for Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, an associate at Sheridan Medical Group and an attending physician at Buffalo General Hospital to name a few. Dr. D’Eon is also a member in good standing of the American College of Physicians as well as the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. TimothySiepel is originally from Angola and did his medical training at University at Buffalo Medical School. He has lived in West Valley since 1972. Dr. Siepel has worked as a family medicine physician since 1972 in various offices including his own practice, Service Medical until 2009. Since then he has been seeing patients in Derby and is very excited to be returning to Springville.

Sheila Novelli is a board certified Physician Assistant who earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Daemen College in 2010 with a strong emphasis on primary care. Sheila also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Canisius College. She is a Buffalo native and was raised in nearby West Falls, NY. She has strong roots in the Southtowns and is especially pleased to be practicing in Springville where her husband Nicholas Tober was raised and is an Springville Griffith Institute graduate. Sheila is excited to be a part of a new Primary Care Center at Bertrand Chaffee hospital and looks forward to caring for patients of all ages.
