The 2011 Quality Report has been updated to highlight the high marks that Bertrand Chaffee Hospital received in the categories of pneumonia care and communication. High scores on pneumonia care at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital can also be found on the hospitalcompare.hhs.gov website. We also received excellent marks when it comes to communication between physicians, nurses and patients. Also, according to the HCAPS survey, Bertrand Chaffee Hospital had an overall patient satisfaction rating of 69% and 73% of patients would recomment BCH to their friends and family!
